Fettuccine Noodles 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered 2 chopped red or green sweet peppers ½ can olives, sliced 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 2 chopped fresh tomatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp basil *In large skillet cook peppers, olives, garlic, and basil in olive oil until crisp tender. Add mushrooms, then tomatoes and artichokes. Heat through. Toss with cooked pasta and serve with parmesan.
