2 C flour 1 C sugar 2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Salt 1/4 C margarine or butter 1 egg 3/4 C orange juice 1 C cranberries 1/2 C nuts (optional)
Mix dry ingredients together and cut in the margarine/butter with a pastry blender. Beat the egg with a fork and add to the orange juice, mix. Add the liquid mixture, cranberries, and nuts to the dry mixture and stir just until mixed. Put into greased loaf pan (I prefer using 2 or 3 small loaf pans) and bake at 350 degrees fro 35-60 minutes.
