Parmesan Brussels Sprouts from Gooseberry Patch "Made from Scratch" submitted by Nicole Martinsen
1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, cooked and drained 3 T butter, melted and divided 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 3 T Parmesan cheese grated 1/4 cup pine nuts
Place Brussels sprouts in an ungreased 1-1/2 quart baking dish; drizzle with 2 T melted butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and remaining butter; sprinkle over Brussels sprouts. Cover and bake at 325 F for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 4 - 6.
